Physical Strength and Endurance

At Evolve Fitness we build programs to lay the foundation for fitness and health no matter what your ultimate goal might be. Physical strength and activity endurance reduce the possibility of injury and increase satisfaction in doing all of the things that make up daily life.

We use the most up to date methods to get you to your goal but never forget the foundational movements that have proven successful for many years.

Mobility and Balance

Moving through a full range of motion on a given exercise is necessary to prevent injury and maximize performance. Building your fitness around this idea is critical to building a program that prevents injury and builds resilience.

Poor posture and poor form can lead to all kinds of problems down the road. Great posture and form have the opposite effect, resulting in greater mobility and balance.

We want to be sure we are guiding you down a road to long term success and build confidence that translates into your daily life and fitness activities.

Stretching and Flexibility

Using a combination of muscular release techniques and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) we can help people build a set of skills and techniques that can substantially change overall body flexibility.

In turn, improved flexibility can reduce pain, reduce tightness, improve posture, and increase athletic performance.

Not to mention you leave a stretching session feeling less stressed, more relaxed and with increased physical confidence.

Posture and Pain Reduction

As you know posture and muscular balance are buzz words these days. Sitting is considered the new smoking and believed to be a primary contributor to the most common health issues and ailments in our society today.

Although you might not be able to change your job or your lifestyle, we can work together to create habits and skills that can be used to ward off the muscular imbalances that result in pain and loss of function.

Don’t let your job rob you of the ability to do the things that you love most during your free time.
